Smartly dressed with fastidious manners, Rice always has a smirk on his face, as if he knows a secret that you wish you knew. He likes bright colors, to call attention to himself, and always makes sure that he’s the life of every gathering.

Rice’s upbringing on Mirage/Trojan Reach destined him to become a hustler from an early age. Joining a mercantile firm, he was open to making money anyway he could. A smuggling deal fell through, but it didn’t stop him from trying again. After four terms, his activities started to catch up with him and he found a job on the Solar Envoy as a Steward.

His goal is to get far enough away from the Imperium that he won’t have to look over his shoulder in any portside bars. Rice is building a nice nest egg through deals and side hustles as he works on the Envoy. He’d like to use his money to back a trade brokerage on a nice quiet garden planet and use the investment to become an important part of local society.
